What is your role at PMX?
I have spent most of my time at PMX as an Investment Specialist, where my focus has been on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships. In 2025, I transitioned into the role of Head of Partner Operations, taking on a more internally focused position. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing our Partner Relations and Marketing teams in South Africa.
What attracted you to PMX?
As a young graduate, I somewhat stumbled into my first role at PMX. In hindsight, I was incredibly fortunate that my first ever job was at a place as special as this. From the outset, it was clear that PMX was a fast-paced and dynamic environment — the ideal place to build a strong foundation and truly cut your teeth in the industry.
What keeps you motivated?
I am challenged every single day and surrounded by people who are genuinely exceptional at what they do. I firmly believe in the saying, “I owe whatever success I have attained to my ability to surround myself with people who are smarter than I am,” and PMX embodies that sentiment perfectly. Working alongside high achievers who are generous with their knowledge is a constant source of motivation.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love spending time with my husband, Sean, and our two fluffy cats. Few things bring me more joy than a crisp glass of champagne, a dinner table surrounded by good friends, and ending the night with a cup of tea and a good book. I also enjoy walking through the leafy streets of Craighall Park - my favourite way to reset and recharge.
Why do you stay at PMX?
PMX feels like home. I struggle to imagine another business that would have offered me the opportunities I’ve been given so early in my career. It’s a place where I’ve been able to grow both professionally and personally, and that is something I value immensely.
