What is your role at PMX?
I’m a Project Manager in the Product Office... essentially, I’m the person who keeps Tech projects moving and makes sure everyone knows what needs to happen and by when. I help coordinate our business and technology teams, manage risks and dependencies, and keep communication flowing so that projects stay on track and deliver what they’re meant to. I joined PMX in July 2020 and stepped into the Project Manager role in September 2026.
What attracted you to PMX?
I was initially attracted to PMX because of its reputation for innovation in investment management and financial technology. I quickly realised how highly skilled and innovative the people were and I loved the team-focus and culture. It seemed like a place where I could learn a lot from people who are really good at what they do and ultimately be a part of contributing something meaningful.
What keeps you motivated?
I’m a problem solver at heart, so I enjoy figuring things out and finding practical ways to move projects forward. I also love working with the different teams and personalities across PMX - every project brings a new mix of people, perspectives and challenges. It’s rewarding to see everyone come together and turn an idea into something real, knowing that it ultimately contributes to better financial outcomes for our end clients in retirement.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy hiking, running and generally staying active. I have climbed several mountains, including Kilimanjaro and Gran Paradiso. My idea of a holiday usually involves plenty of activities, whether that is hiking, exploring or birding. I love sport and spending time outdoors on adventures.
Why do you stay at PMX?
The people and the culture are a big part of why I stay. Everyone is capable, committed and willing to work together, so PMX genuinely feels like a team rather than a collection of individuals. I also appreciate that people are treated as people, not just as employees. That human element really matters, and it’s something I value about PMX.
