Tell us about your role as Chief Executive Officer.
In my role as Chief Executive Officer, I am responsible for setting the strategic direction of PortfolioMetrix and ensuring the business is structured to build deep, long-term partnerships with advice firms. Alongside this, I retain oversight of the investment function, working closely with the investment team to maintain disciplined governance and consistent portfolio outcomes.
Our focus is on being a true investment partner to advisers. By taking responsibility for investment design, governance, and ongoing oversight, PortfolioMetrix frees advisers from the distractions that risk holding them back, giving them the space to focus on the conversations that matter with their clients.
What I love about PortfolioMetrix is our emphasis on personal growth and team collaboration. We create an environment where innovative ideas are encouraged, and everyone is empowered to contribute meaningfully to our collective goals. This collaborative spirit is essential as we work closely with our distribution and partner relationship teams, providing in-depth insights into the portfolios we manage. How do you like to spend your time when you’re not at work?
Outside of work, I cherish my time with family and friends. I have two energetic boys who keep me on my toes, and I wouldn't have it any other way. We love embarking on family holidays, exploring new places and cities, and revisiting old favourites. Travel is a big part of our lives, creating memories and adventures together.
I am also incredibly passionate about BBQing. With my Kamado Style BBQ, I find immense joy in cooking up a storm for friends and family, no matter the weather. It's a weekend tradition that brings everyone together, sharing good food and great company.
