Tell us about your role as Partner Relationship Specialist.
As part of the Partner Relations team at PortfolioMetrix (PMX), my role is all about building strong, lasting relationships with our adviser partners. Whether it’s connecting them with trusted outsourced paraplanners, helping with account queries, or providing market insights to share with their clients, we’re always just a call away.
Being a Partner Relations Specialist means making sure advisers get the most out of PMX. That includes hands-on support, guiding them through our investment solutions and in-house technology, and helping them navigate everything from platform queries to portfolio updates. Ultimately, we’re here to take care of the details, so they can focus on what matters most—their clients and their business.
What attracted you to PortfolioMetrix, and what keeps you motivated to stay?
I was drawn to PMX because of the people and the culture. From the start, it was clear this was a team of supportive, knowledgeable people who genuinely care about what they do. Every day, I feel valued and supported by my colleagues, which makes such a difference to my work and the way we collaborate.
What keeps me motivated? The relationships. Working closely with advisers and building real, trusted connections is what makes my role so rewarding. I love being someone they can rely on—whether it’s helping them navigate challenges, offering support, or just making their lives that little bit easier. The collaborative culture at PMX, along with the chance to work with such great people, keeps me engaged and excited for what’s ahead.
How do you like to spend your time when you’re not at work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends (as cliché as it sounds!). I also really enjoy trying new restaurants—good food and great company is always a winning combination. I love getting away, exploring new places, and making the most of a holiday whenever I can. When I’m unwinding at home, you’ll probably find me caught up in a true crime documentary or the latest Netflix series. Music is also a big part of my life—I love discovering new artists, but I’ll always come back to Harry Styles!
What do you like the most about PortfolioMetrix?
What I love most about PMX is the ability to build relationships that go beyond just being transactional. I enjoy truly becoming an extension of our advisers' financial planning practice—offering support, guidance, and solutions that make a real difference in their day-to-day work.
On top of that, the support from the wider team is invaluable. Whether it’s sharing knowledge or solving challenges together, there’s a real sense of collaboration that makes PMX such a great place to be.
