What is your role at PMX?
I’m an Investment Operations Analyst at PortfolioMetrix, where I support the operational side of the investment process. My role includes portfolio re-optimisation, transaction monitoring, platform engagements, and driving process improvements to ensure our operations run efficiently, accurately, and continue to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
What attracted you to PMX?
I was attracted to PMX because of its innovative approach to wealth management and its strong reputation for putting clients first. I was also excited by the opportunity to work in an environment that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development, while giving employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What keeps you motivated?
I'm motivated by the opportunity to solve problems, improve processes, and make a positive impact through my work. I enjoy finding more efficient ways of doing things and knowing that my contributions help support both our clients and the wider business. Continuous learning and taking on new challenges also inspire me to keep growing professionally.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
My faith is at the heart of who I am. As a devoted Christian, I enjoy being actively involved in the church community, where I find purpose, encouragement, and opportunities to serve others. I'm also passionate about women's empowerment and enjoy attending events that create opportunities for women to learn, grow and inspire one another.
Outside of that, I'm a huge rugby fan and a proud Springboks supporter if the Boks are playing, there's a good chance I'll be watching! I also love spending quality time with my family and friends, whether we're enjoying a great meal, trying out a new restaurant, or simply making memories together.
