What is your role at PMX?
I am a Partner Relations Specialist, where I act as a key link between advisers and PMX. My role involves supporting advisers through training sessions, assisting with queries, and ensuring they are able to fully utilise our tools and solutions. I also work closely with internal teams to ensure that feedback from advisers is communicated effectively, helping to improve both processes and client experience.
What attracted you to PMX?
I was drawn to PMX because of its strong asset management philosophy and its reputation for delivering consistent, market-leading investment outcomes. The firm’s industry recognition and credibility stood out to me, but what resonated most was the alignment between performance excellence and a thoughtful, disciplined approach to investing. It felt like an environment where both professionalism and purpose are valued.
What keeps you motivated?
What motivates me most is the constant opportunity to learn and grow. I have a strong appetite for learning, particularly within the financial planning space, and PMX provides an environment where I am continuously exposed to new concepts and ways of thinking. Whether it’s developing technical knowledge or improving how I engage with advisers, I find motivation in becoming better each day.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy expressing my creativity through drawing, painting and exploring art galleries. I’m also interested in expanding into sculpting in the future. Travelling is another big passion of mine. I love experiencing different cultures, meeting people from all walks of life, and gaining new perspectives. Alongside that, I enjoy staying active through hiking, gym sessions, and racket sports.
