What is your role at PMX?
My role at PMX is to act as a bridge between our partners and the broader PMX business. I focus on streamlining our internal resources to ensure they are effectively channelled to our partners, while also showcasing the value PMX brings to adviser practices. A big part of my work involves supporting advisers and their teams with the tools, training, and insights they need to optimise and simplify their investment processes. By upskilling teams and enhancing operational efficiency, we enable our partners to scale their businesses more easily and create capacity for them to spend more meaningful time with their clients, where their impact is greatest.
What attracted you to PMX?
What attracted me to PMX is its innovative and impactful approach to partnering with advisers. I’m passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships, and the opportunity to contribute to partnerships that drive long-term growth genuinely excites me.
What keeps you motivated?
I’m motivated by my family and close friends, they’re my grounding force and a constant reminder of what truly matters. They inspire me to show up as my best self, both personally and professionally. I’m also driven by the belief that even the smallest actions, like simple acts of kindness, can create meaningful impact. Knowing that my contributions, no matter how small, can help leave the world a little better than I found it gives me a real sense of purpose and keeps me moving forward with intention.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I love staying active! I enjoy hitting the gym with my friends, going on hikes, and pretty much any outdoor activity that gets me moving and enjoying fresh air.
